1. Preamble

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of services made on the website portfoliogen.io, operated by STUDIO ELEVEN.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) including all applicable taxes (VAT). The applicable VAT rate is the one in effect on the date of the order (20% in France).

STUDIO ELEVEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Order Process

The order process includes the following steps:

1. Selection of the desired plan
2. Providing your email address
3. Redirect to the secure payment page (Stripe)
4. Payment validation
5. Automatic account creation and service access

A confirmation email is sent after each order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• SEPA Direct Debit (for subscriptions)

Payment is charged immediately upon order validation. For subscriptions, renewal is automatic at each billing period.

6. Subscriptions and Renewal

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal.

• Renewal occurs automatically on the anniversary date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds are provided

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By validating your order, you expressly acknowledge:

• Waiving your right of withdrawal
• Requesting immediate performance of the service

However, in case of technical issues preventing use of the service, you may contact our support within 14 days to request a refund.

8. Delivery and Service Access

Access to the service is immediate after payment validation.

• Templates Plan: immediate and permanent access to templates
• Pro Plan: immediate access for the duration of the subscription

9. Liability

STUDIO ELEVEN is committed to providing a quality service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the service
• Complete absence of bugs or errors
• Compatibility with all devices

STUDIO ELEVEN's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any amicable resolution attempt, the courts of Lyon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
